Fantastic line-up of music to listen to - and even music to join in with - at the Mersea Island Food, Drink & Leisure Festival this weekend.
On the Main Stage you can enjoy performances by (amongst others) Moondance Band, Ellie Gamble, Jack Howe, Mersea Island Players and Young Players, Mersea Dance, Tall Order, Blackwaterside, Vocalise, Verao, Buzzedray and Twisted Itch. In the Acoustic Tent (sponsored by Black Diamond Accordions), you can join in the 'pub sessions' at 2.30 Saturday and Sunday, have a go on an accordion or melodeon at the Squeezebox Workshops, or listen to Rambling Mayhem, Rhonda Merrick, Flat Mountain Family, Helen Abbey & Dave Burrluck, Crab & Winkle, Josh Wilson and friends amongst others. Don't miss it! 11-5 Saturday and Sunday.
(Oh, and there are scores of food and drink stands, charity and craft stalls and kids' activities too!)
